      Salesforce Business Analyst Interview

      5 Apr 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Brighton, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, England)

      Interview

Firstly HR round very good. I have at least 4-5 levels of interview levels with different people on zoom call? And I received architect level positive response. So final they wanted me to be at Brighton to meet the team and at the end that was complete waste of time and money. I won't recommend that company for Salesforce person. Feedback was : I have done less projects. I don't understand how did they decide as I have done more than 70 project in my last 10 years of job for global companies.

      Salesforce Business Analyst Interview

      10 Sept 2021
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2021

      Interview

I applied on the Unity website, the recruiter got back to me super quickly, then I had a zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I had a final round of zoom calls with the 3 members of the team and then right after that I was asked to submit my references. After that was checked, I was extended an offer! The recruitment process as well as the recruitment team is amazing at Unity Technologies! I was excited to work for them right from that first call. My recruiter Christina Borders not only did an amazing job at explaining the role and the benefits but also was very diligent in following up with me. I also loved how before every screening/interview call there was always a prep call and how after I was done with my interview there was always feedback. I always knew where I stood and that itself was a huge burden lifted off me. The interviews themselves felt more like a conversation and it felt like they actually wanted to get know me as a person. Overall I had a fantastic time during the recruitment process and that makes me super excited to start working for the company!
