      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Stratford-upon-Avon, England) in Apr 2020

      Interview

The whole process consisted of 3 interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, we talked broadly about my experience, the team, the workplace. I was asked about my availability and salary expectation. Then I had an interview with the team's manager. He presented what the team works on and asked about my experience in more details and asked a few technical questions. The next interview was a long interview separated in 3 parts: powerpoint presentation of the company and the team, meeting with the team members (both technical and non-technical) and then a technical test. Meeting with the team, I introduced myself and talked about my experience. It was a nice discussion, and the questions went both ways. There were questions about my personality and how I would fit into the team socially. The technical test was a code review with a file excerpt on a specialised website, I had 20 minutes to find all that was wrong/to improve. After the time was reached, the (technical) team members were invited back into the call and I explained what I found. There were questions on the things I missed, but it was all well meaning. They were looking for a junior, so there wasn't too much pressure in answering everything perfectly.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Unity (Brussels) in Nov 2020

      Interview

I initially found the offer on my school's internship platform. I sent an email to the indicated email and we eventually set up a few phone calls to talk about the position itself. This lead to an interview with programming questions I needed to answer in about an hour. After that, I had a final interview where we talked more about Unity and myself. Following this, I was accepted. The entire process was extremely quick and smooth.
