Interview
I met 6 wonderful people in the process and it never felt like interviews, as it should. We had really meaningful and thoughtful conversations about different subjects, related or not to the job in question. It's a real human-centric company with an understanding of the interviewee's needs also and not just its own.

Very in depth and personal experience. It's clear that they want to find the best fit for their team but also the best fit for you. I was impressed at how thorough the interviews were, how friendly the team members were. I really liked that their interview process adheres with how they present it on their site so there are no surprises. Without a doubt one of the best hiring experiences I have had.
