      Sales Manager Interview

      8 Mar 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Cleveland, OH
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Univar Solutions (Cleveland, OH)

      Interview

Initially process went very smooth. Was contacted by HR and had phone screen within a few weeks. I was then set up with an in person interview 3 hours from my home. No problem. I took off work and drove on my own dime to interview. Interview went pretty well I thought. Standard behavioral questions. Immediately after interview I was contacted by the original HR phone screen person to follow up which I thought was great. She told me she would keep me in the loop and call me with any and all updates..... about two weeks pass I send a follow up email. Did not get a response. Then a few more weeks I send another and crickets. NO updates, completely ghosted after I spent a lot of time driving and vacation day to not even get a NO? Absolutely horrible and terrible practice to just let people hanging and not even send an email, text, letter, phone call. Pass this company.
