I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Universal Service Administrative Company (Washington, DC) in Feb 2022
Interview
I did not get an offer which was fine. However, this was my issue. The interview took several weeks to set up after the initial pre-screening with HR. Then after 3 weeks had passed from having an interview, which consisted of a panel of four- I reached out to HR asking for a status update. Inquiring if HR was at liberty to share any information regarding when a decision would be made and I never received any type of feedback. It was not a difficult interview, I actually felt I had done a good job addressing each of the questions which were presented to me. I was really excited about the mission of the organization. The overall experience left me with a very negative view of USAC. Just out of general respect, an organization should provide feedback, even if the person will not be selected.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Universal Service Administrative Company (Washington, DC) in June 2013
Interview
I had three interviews including the phone interview. I think the 2nd round of interviews could have been done on the same day with the 1st round. The hiring and the onboard process was smooth. Offer letter was received within the week after the 2nd round of interviews.
