I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Universal City, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I filled out an online application that took only a few minutes to complete. Within a week they called me in for an interview. It was a 1-on-1 meeting with one of the recruitment officers. About a week later, I came in for a second interview where I met the managers of the venue I applied for. Both the managers and the recruitment officer were very professional, informative and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking them questions and letting them know about any concerns I had.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Hollywood, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Quick ten minute phone call then 15 minute in person the next day. Asked about how I would handle certain guest interactions and to tell them about myself. They really just want to know that you are personable and like to interact with guests.
