Very smooth and easy process. It was in-person and mostly normal interview questions. Very short interview, was interviewed individually by two people and was offered the job right after the interview.

Quick ten minute phone call then 15 minute in person the next day. Asked about how I would handle certain guest interactions and to tell them about myself. They really just want to know that you are personable and like to interact with guests.
