I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Universal Understanding (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2011

Easy. The phone interview then a working interview. I went in and worked one day along side the Director. I was invited back to continue on as a temp and then hired permanently.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Universal Understanding in Mar 2013
Interview
Interview process moved very quickly (which as a job seeker was much appreciated). I reached out to the company via LinkedIn and was asked if I could interview the following day. Interviewed with the President and EVP. Interview was a good exchange of information to determine if the fit was right for both Universal Understanding and myself. The company goals/objectives were clearly described as was the role and desired outcomes. I left the interview excited both by the company and the role. Received a call with a verbal offer on my drive home from the interview.
