Interview
The interview completely shifts focus from what you do best, to what you do worst. There is a minimum 4 stage interview process that just chews and chews through the same questions. I haven't had a single interview that felt welcoming or polite. They act like a consulting company in their HR processes, but there is literally no need for such complexities.
