There was a screening interview with a panel of five people. For candidates who moved forward(which I did), there was an interview with the departmental Director (supervisor) and the Division Chief.

Interview
First interview was with a panel of five people, some within the department and some outside of it. A presentation on a stated topic was mandatory, and was followed by a Q and A session. Final interview was with the hiring manager and division chief.
