I applied online. I interviewed at University Academy 92
Interview
The experience was positive, but be aware that this is a formal, higher-pressure type of interview. Mini teach followed by a panel interview. It is a safe space to discuss your qualifications and personal professional history, and I would recommend this interview process to a friend.

Question 1
Which pedagogical frameworks suit your teaching style/do you use as a teacher?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at University Academy 92 in Oct 2024
Interview
Assessment centre with around 8 of us. Was invited the week before via phone call, no flexibility on time/date as that was the only day.
We were given an intro to UA92, then a tour of the building. Our task was to create a Tiktok-style video of a tour of the 1st floor, and we each had a 20 minute interview at some point whilst working on this.
It lasted around 3-4 hours. Was told that I would hear back from them within the next couple of days but was ghosted. This was particularly frustrating as I had to miss work to attend, therefore losing my salary for the day.

Interview
Assessment day with multiple steps including scenario based tasks, presentation and interview panel. You are often with a group of around 10 - 20 people and have a lot of time to talk an get to know those you are with.
