Sat at a panel with 3 researchers, they asked me factual information. A little was about my cv but most was knowledge based pertaining to their research. I also had to know about the structure and hierarchy of the lab environment, and they were looking for someone who was going to pursue a phd.

Interview
It was a 15 minutes interview. I had a board of 3 interviewers. It was both an experience-based and behavioural interview. They introduced themselves and their work and then let me present myself and answer their questions. It was then followed by a second short interview with other team members.

Asked me why do I want to join the team. They assessed my knowledge in the field; asking me what do I know about the research study they are conducting. Skills and abilities: asked me about my teamwork skills, and examples of situations.

Interview
RA interview for 'New Interventions for Independence in Dementia' study. Role play scenario followed by a panel interview. The role play was centred around goal-setting. Six interview questions, although I can't remember all of them.
