Friendly panel - some background preparation needed ahead of time. Overall there was a good allocation of time to discuss role along with expectations, and also to ask any questions to understand the culture.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University College London in Apr 2021
Interview
I was asked to prepare a presentation. I was interviewed by some academics and they made a decision rather quickly. To my surprise, I received an offer on the same day.
Questions aligned very closely with the job expectations. There were seven people on the interview panel. I was asked to put together a syllabus for a course I would be teaching. All of the questions were very fair and seemed standardised.
