Sent in a covering letter and CV - received no feedback but a rejection within two weeks of applying. Felt that it was an unfair interview process since they do not provide any reasons for rejection

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at University College London (London, England) in June 2024
Interview
The interview lasted for only 20 minutes. I gave a 10-minute presentation describing my background and the previous research that I have done, followed by 10 minutes of questions from the panel.
