University Corporation for Atmospheric Research interview questions

The interview process was very short, but from application to interview was very long >2 months. I was offered the position, but they gave me an offer lower than I expected so I had to decline the offer. They appear to not have any ability to negotiate compensation.

Very rote and procedural, not much of a conversation. The panel was reading from a script of predetermined questions. It was awkward and impersonal. Everyone was perfectly nice, but I didn't get to know anything more about the position.
