Interview
I interviewed on the phone initially, and followed up with a short in person interview. I thought the interview went well, but found it a bit odd that they didn't ask more in-depth questions. The interview was more informative about the position than it was questions about my skills and abilities.

They did ask me about my current position tasks, and what I was looking for. However, they did not really delve into my abilities as it related to their role or go much into the role they had available.
