University of Akron interview questions

The process is long. I waited weeks until I got an interview and then waited for weeks until you hear a response. I bet they lost a lot of candidates.

The interview experience was extremely poor and frustrating due to nonexistent communication, minimal updates and an overall lack of respect shown toward candidates for their time. I was strung along through TWO MONTHS of interview rounds, facility tours and search committees only to be rejected via an automated Workday email. The entire process felt very impersonal and was extremely disappointing.
