Interview
Just need to demonstrate customer service abilities and troubleshooting. Not much else is really involved in the interview. I left thinking that I was more than qualified to do the job.

Question 1
How have you handled a specific computer troubleshooting problem?
Short interview that asks some basic questions that you would expect to find at an interview ("what would your best friend say about you?" "what are your strengths?"..etc). Nothing out of the ordinary.

Interview
Got asked some standard questions about former experiences and some questions about software that I knew of. Then I was asked some basic questions about computers and performed a 10 minute task of constructing a word document with some special features like a table of contents.
