Took forever, and then moved very fast with 2 interviews and offer within 4 days. I waited a very long time, heard nothing, had almost forgotten I was in the running and suddenly got a call one day. Was very surprised and excited.

Panel interview. Lots of role play like questions. Lots of questions about how I deal with inefficiency, bureacracy , dysfunction and chaos.

Interview
Met with the role's direct supervisor, and 2 other advisors within the department. They provided the questions several hours beforehand so you have time to prep before the actual interview. Overall atmosphere was welcoming and calm.

Our office experiences peak times with high volumes of workload. Due to the cyclical nature of petitions, work can be repetitive during these peak periods. How do you keep yourself engaged and motivated when doing routine work? How do you avoid burnout during busy times?

Phone screening followed by a panel hosted via Zoom. 1:1 interviews after that. Phone screenings were short, 30 to 45 ish minutes. Zoom sessions were an hour often with a panel of 3 or more.
