A phone interview with my potential supervisor where he asked me about my background. Tested on engineering formula and asked lots of questions about my background. I was also asked about my proposal for the project.
I was then invited to meet the research group during their conference. There, I was about to chat with the team and see if I was a good fit
30 min interview with 3 committee members Asked me general questions about my Scientific Back ground. Also my masters experience and technics i can use. Nothing too difficult came out during the interview process.

I applied for a PhD in DAMTP through the online application form. About a month or two later, I received an email from my current supervisor asking whether I was available for an online interview the next morning. The interview took about 45-60 minutes, and was relatively informal. Questions were asked on my background, courses, knowledge, research experience ... All fair and relevant questions, and a second assessor was present for the interview process.
