The SCOC part time job at UF has a two phase interview process. First phase requires an online application along with a resume, many 'Why SCOC questions' and many 'Why You' questions. This is the most challenging phase. Although, if you have referrals it is quite easy to get an interview call. The interview comprised of behavioral questions and lasted for around 10 minutes.
