Interview
A huge room with 10+ people interviewing me all at once it was very intimidating. No other interview process at all which was a bit odd. They didn't seem to be skilled interviewers just a bunch of managers..questions were all over the place

Interview
For the Law School - 1st round was a video one way interview which is ackward and not a good measure from my perspective. There wasn't even a quick phone call conversation first. 2nd round was in person and too many people involved.
Ford School - 1st round a screening phone call, 2nd round a zoom with hiring manager and two others on leadership team, final round was 3 back to back in person interviews with a total of 14 people.

Question 1
Questions were quite generic, The challenge was so many people involved in the process that you weren't sure which priorities to focus on with your answers. Questions included: Tell me about a time you handled a challenging employee relations issue.
