It took 5 months and 4 interviews, not because they had a lot of applicants but because they aren't organized. People were nice. First was a phone screen then met with HR in person then waited about 6 weeks and came in and met with team leads. Spoke to would be boss on the phone then bosses boss then came in and met both.

The interviews were panel over zoom starting with an initial recruiter call, first panel, second panel. There was quite a bit of time between the two panel interviews. My second interview was mid December. I reached out multiple times since then only to hear "you'll hear back in the next week or so". I saw the job was reposted recently so I'm assuming that's how I find out I didn't get the job.
