They had me sit in a group interview and asked for availability. Very laid back and personable. The group interview tested your conversation skills. There were about 4 people in my group

I was sat down in a room with the Laboratory manager and the two post doctorate scientists the position would be working under. I was asked about my understanding and experience of general lab practices and techniques, and was then given a tour of the entire lab.
