just phone interview

Phone interview The phone interview was very professional. Questions were asked about my experience in the field. and overview was given on the position responsibilities it.took 40 minutes. no behavioral questions were asked. Onsite interview The interview lasted for full day., mostly 1:1 interviews with hiring faculty, other faculties, students and a presentation of my research work. Each interview consists of 30 minutes. I was picked up and dropped at the airport in time. Pros : Overall the interview went pretty. Cons: Lack of cultural diversity was prominently noticeable.
