I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at University of Notre Dame (South Bend, IN) in July 2015
Interview
quick conversation with head librarian. Was offered the job after 15 minutes of chatting about what degree I'm seeking and why. It was very casual, as is the job. Notre Dame is a great place to work, if you can stand the awful weather 9 months out of the year.
