University of Oregon interview questions

I applied online, and received an email invitation to an online interview about 2 weeks later. You could choose between a couple of days and times. There were 4 department staff that shared questions - they shared the questions in the chat. There were traditional questions about why the position interested me, how I felt my experience/education prepared me for this role. There was also a scenario question on how to handle a department situation. There is a second interview, in-person, if you proceed the following week.

The interview process was very simple and honestly my favourite interview I've had. After some email communication, I had a very casual in-person interview and was offered the job a few days later.
