The interview process was straight forward but it can span over a longer period of time than usual. Up to two months or so before you receive an offer depending on the unit and their hiring timeline.
Three rounds of interviews:
1. Phone screening/zoom call with the hiring manager
2. In person interview with the team
3. Interview with leadership
