Interview
I'm very much aware of the delay that takes place in hiring at the University of Utah but this one was excruciatingly slow. I got called for an initial behavioral interview and then a take-home coding test and later a technical panel interview. Well, I hate to say this but there is no clarity in the process and the team that I interviewed with, was the least professional outfit I have ever dealt with. The letter that I received from the recruiter gave vague reasons about why I was not selected (after waiting for more than 3 months) and without informing me, they considered me for a position which I didn't even apply for (Software Design Engineer-Senior).
I was asked basic-advanced questions related to Java and a lot of questions related to Threads in Java, SQL, and some Spring questions.
If you have got time to spare, apply at your own risk, and never wait for an outcome.
