The interview process was the right amount of questions, listening, and feedback. Not too long or stressful but pointed interest in my skills and background. The type and style of interview does depend on the location of the position.

It was somewhat referral based for a undergrad research shadowing role. The interviewing process wasn’t much of a standard interview but visited with a tailored program and was recommended or advised on who to contact.
