Interview
I applied the job online about a month ago, and finally I got the chance to have an In-person interview. The interview went well and we spent almost an hour for the entire interview. There were two managers interviewed me at the same time, and each of them had their own job related questions for me. All the questions were standard questions like other companies, and only three questions required specific answers with couple examples.

Do you have any experience to handle the problems/issues with customers?
phone interview, with a discussion of my experience and skill set and salary needs. The hiring manager was interested in my knowledge of systems and purchasing and procedures in the past, and my ability to learn new systems.

Interview
First interview held by 2 managers, small room. Somewhat organized and relaxed. 2nd interview held by six managers. All of us were seated at a round table, intimidating at first-but the interviewers made efforts to be friendly.
