Interview
A friend of mine referred me to an administrator who help me get a position as a student assistant. I was able to get the position within days. The interview process was very simple and straight forward.
The interview was short, it was only around half an hour long. The interviewers were very personable and excellent listeners. There was time to ask a few questions at the end.
One interview with current employees lasting about 30 minutes. The employees explained the company culture and main tasks and projects of the job with a general Q&A session at the end.

Quick turnaround for administrative student assistant. Standard questions about organizational capacity and administrative experience. Priority for upperclassmen, not told ahead of time and frustrating to deal with. Interview consisted mainly of discussing prior experience in similar roles.
