Classic itinerary. One on ones with upper management and group meetings with the teams. Tour into the labs and where the instruments are with any questions you have. I would say the questions weren't difficult, there were behavioral questions and some technical questions.

They asked me questions that in retrospect, were more about me understanding the bigger picture instead of the assays I made or optimized.
CV , call then job experience for A few days and then you have to wait. 5 more rounds of panel interview with technical test. I feel it’s generally reasonable and what you’d expect for a job here
