I had the opportunity to fill-in for someone during a summer class. When that person left the university, they invited me to apply for the role. I had one panel interview with 4 faculty and staff. It lasted about an hour. It was very friendly. Questions related to relevant experiences delivering presentations, delivering feedback.

It was pretty simple and straightforward to become a TA in the school of music at the Seattle campus. Nothing unexpected or any curveball. It was a very good environment

There was no interview process, rather just an application. The school is in no way easy to get into as I have heard a lot of friends did not receive offers. Write a really good admissions paper and take an active role.
