Screening round with HR, completion of appropriate forms, and follow up interview with manager. Very very straight forward process as you'll be reporting into your manager and he will determine the projects you will work on

Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews: one skills test and two technical interviews. They also ask for sample code, but we didn't discuss my code during the technical interviews. The skills tests take 24-48 hours and are relatively challenging.
