Introductory Questions • “Tell us about yourself.” • “Why are you interested in this position?” • “What do you know about WisDOT and this role? What factors do you consider in pavement design?”

The process entailed multiple rounds of interviews, both virtual and in-person. They communicated clearly throughout the process and they were available to answer questions throughout the process as well. It was a lengthy process but straightforward.
