2 Rounds. The first round is a technical interview with the team lead/ tech lead. The second interview is with the manager. The first interview focuses on the technical skills that the project needs, just questions and answers. The second interview is where you negotiate your salary as well as the hiring manager considers if you fit the orgnaisation.
