The great interview process started with their online application. It was clear that they had put a lot of thought into it which allowed me to show why I was unique. After I submitted my application, I got an e-mail from a real human being in about 30 minutes. We promptly scheduled an interview for the following week. I was still working, and they were super flexible with scheduling my interview. During the first interview, which was with the Director of Engineering and a Sr. Engineer, we talked about general interview/teamwork questions and then we worked through a problem together. It was a conversation more than anything, so it was incredibly laid back. The second interview was with a gentleman from another department and we just talked about how I would do a couple tasks. I got a verbal offer less than a week later and the formal written offer shortly thereafter.
