Probably one of the worst experiences I had in the last months. Went to second stage interview, went ok but I could tell that was it... the CD was actually very transparent. Normally at this stage if you don't get through you get an email with some sort of explanation. Doesn't need to be super detailed or personalised. Got in touch with the recruiter after the "automated" response, she never got back to me. I would say that for a company that stands up for mental health and helping people... they need to look deeper at their recruiting process and maybe not ghost people who have been looking for work for a while and maybe not in a good place. Went into this process with high hopes of a great culture and company, left thinking that I actually dodged a bullet. Terrible.
