Two stage interview process. The first stage was with a recruiter with brief background and history, and second stage with hiring manager delving more into technical understanding of Learning & Development.

Interview
A very traditional interview, straight to the point. It was a very simple process and they were the ones to reach out. A little vague to begin with could have detailed more about the job description and the some is the roles and responsibilities.

Interview
It is a thorough interview process but well worth it as you meet many people and can form a view on the culture. It also gives the company the chance to collectively screen someone against aptitudes, attitudes, skillsets and motivational factors and decide together whether it is a mutual fit.
