UpEquity Data Architect/Reporting Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, we had a 20 minute initial call, then I was given a timed SQL coding assignment (on Coderbyte). Then surprisingly, the CTO wanted to meet with me 1:1 to go over my coding assignment work. The call took over an hour and ended at 5:15pm on a Friday. This call deviated from the process the recruiter told me, which was initial call --> coding assignment --> onsite interview. After the late Friday call, a few days later I was rejected.
