UpMan Placements interview questions

Please if you receive any call from Upman Placement for job opening do not apply for job specially for their client e.g mobile internet private limited company. Let me share my experience in details about this both company.( Mobile internet private limited and Upman Placement).I received call for job opening for position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from Upman Placement and they said they are having requirements for their client which is mobile internet private limited company. After 3 weeks my profile has been shortlisted for first round of interview.i appeared for first round of interview and after 3 week I received call and they said my profile has been shortlisted for next round and that was practical round of interview for selenium Webdriver and java.i appeared for practice round of interview and I cleared it. Again after 3 week I received call and they informed me my profile has been shortlisted and now there is only HR discussion is pending regarding salary negotiable and after that they will release Offer letter. After one month I received call for HR decision and they scheduled my HR round of interview for salary negotiable and about my profile and experience. I appeared for HR round and HR didn't ask me any questions related to salary .it was very unprofessional round of interview.he only asked why you don't have consistency in any company and said Upman Placement team will get back to me for further process. After taking so many follow up with Upman Placement Consultancy I came to know that they have not shortlisted my profile for Senior QA Engineer position. I wasted 4 months time for this opening and end of story I came to know they haven't shortlisted my profile. Before last HR round they said now only salary negotiable part is pending and then we will release Offer letter. It's my humble request to all of you.please don't apply in this company.they are no professional at all.you have to continuously take follow up for further process.

I got mailer from Upman Placements, Then I called them & shared by profile with them, I went for the interview, 2 rounds were on same day & my last round was telephonic, within a week I got offer & got placed with Upman !!
