They don’t know what they want. They said they don’t want a technical person but they want technical skills. One part of the organization runs waterfall while the other is agile and both parts are supposed to work together. They said they changed the job description since I applied but didn’t provide an updated job description. HR disclosed they are on a budget and will only interview if you are ok with the set salary range.
