Upside Learning Senior Project Manager interview questions

I think the Interview Process was weird. The HR team had a test setup for writing a proposal based on a requirement received from a Sales Team. This should also include the estimates in hours for executing the project. Now the test was good and I had moved to a face to face round. The questions asked were irrelevant to the test that I gave. Also, a process that we follow differently in our current organization. The interview gave me the feeling that it was more to make it look complicated so there is a reason to not move forward and less to know what skills I possess and how it can benefit the company. ' I was not happy with how the interview was conducted. Especially when I am investing my time to give a good test then I believe I deserve in getting a fair interview.
