Awful. Had a good interview with recruiter who then told me I'd be talking to VP of Product next and to lookout for an email from the coordination team. Never got the invite. I followed up and the recruiter said the role had been filled. THEN got an email from the coordinator scheduling the interview. Very confusing, role was still filled. The recruiter then had the audacity to ask if I'd be interested in a role a level down - which I am very overqualified for.
