Drawn out process, little communication from the recruiter. Was asked questions not relevant to the role I was applying for. Clearly they do not have a well thought interview process developed; in one instance I was asked to interpret a set of data in two minutes. Just a few rows in a google sheet. As if this is what analysts actually do on the job lol
