The worst interview experience I’ve had, overall. The initial phone screener was standard. During the follow-up Zoom interview, I answered every question fine and tried to be conversational yet didn’t get positive response. The interviewer even commented that she hated the culture question I asked. Who does that!? Well, I care about the culture. Sorry, not sorry. I was bummed and anxious at first, though, due to this treatment. Radio silence from the once upbeat and responsive initial contact. Way to value people.
