I went through seven rounds of interviews. At the beginning, the process moved quickly, particularly when interviewing with the manager I would have reported to. However, as the process progressed, it became increasingly repetitive and disorganized.
Several interviews felt duplicated, with different executives (including a VP and other senior leaders) asking the exact same questions that had already been covered multiple times. Every interview seemed to follow the same script, giving the impression that interviewers were not communicating with one another. This aligns with concerns raised in other Glassdoor reviews.
The most disappointing part was the lack of follow-up from Talent Acquisition. After investing significant time across seven interviews, I never received a formal rejection or update. Instead, I was simply ghosted.
Given the length of the process, this was highly unprofessional and discouraging. It was especially disappointing considering the company had reportedly made multiple layoffs in the Belfast office that same week. A straightforward message explaining that I was not the right fit would have been far more respectful than no communication at all.
