Simple telephone call about motivations for choosing the role and what will make you succeed at the role. No longer than 10 minutes. Not very strict. Anyone can apply and pass with ease.

More of an information session where you find out about the company history and where they operate and also show your right to work and sign some contracts/confirm bank details. Not really an interview. There was an online questionnaire about why you want to work for them and what good customer service means to you.
