The clinical manager and CEO at the time (when the organization had one- I believe they are looking for one now) met me and were very kind. They outlined the expectations and sent a contract within a couple of days. The only problem was that what was in the contract had to be renegotiated several times due to a turnover in upper management during the course of the contract.

Simple questions about my career history, sample cases, and my theoretical orientation. The interviewer spent a lot of time talking about the company itself. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes and it was over the phone.

Someone reached out to me about a phone interview. It was friendly, informational, and information gathering. Then after about a month, someone reached out about getting 2-3 references & then, an in person interview. After the in person interview, in about a week & a half I received a provisional offer, and once I got the paperwork in, I received an official offer.
